Los Niños Center is a place where we focus on children’s emotions, language, cognitive skills and physical development. The goal is for children to become more equipped with learning strategies that will assist them with social skills and self-management skills.
This program was created to be a bridge between the home and elementary school. By the time they enter school our goal is that each child will have already discovered their voice and be able to speak for themselves.
Mosaic Movement’s child development program was created in response to the stress and anxiety COVID 19 created in children and families. Mosaic’s bilingual child developmental program creates an opportunity to teach children in underserved communities how to manage communication challenges, while also providing them with emotionally supportive tools to help them navigate through life’s drastic changes.
Curriculum:
Social Emotional Learning Strategies, Communication Skills and Parent/Guardian Involvement.
Curriculum:
Virtual Social Emotional Learning Strategies will be taught in a group setting. Child & Parent/Guardian involvement.
My wife and I noticed that our 2-year-old son was extremely shy and nervous around new people, even other kids. After taking the advice and tips from Lucy (Mosaic Movement’s counselor) on how we could get our son ‘out of his shell’. We noticed an instant improvement after doing what she said and we are so excited to see how he opens to everyone in the room, including hugs and high-fives for adults and his peers alike. We are so proud of our son, and we love watching his confidence grow! I highly recommend Mosaic Movement for any of your child’s developmental needs!
